the first page I go to at the Wiki is Recent Changes:

there you can see what's been added/edited and by whom.
if you were to Register there ...
then you end up with your own User page and talk page.
that way we can all interface there as to what takes place on the Wiki.
for instance:

people just haven't gotten used to using the Wiki yet ...
good potential there for a lot of things, imo, ime ...
where the data is available for new users as they come along.
so I try to encourage it's use.

where I got the one I have been using, btw ...
as it seems to have been left out of the 2.37.6 zip.
and paralyzed 837 is NOT included in the Sysvars2.21.txt that I get.

I've added a note about this at the wiki, where the link to the download
is provided.
someone else check this out, eh?
if so, then we need to supply a link to the sysvars as it should be.
well ... I will upload it again here, and replace the old link with the new.

anyway ... just to alert peeps to this error.

Replaced the Wiki links to download sysvars2.21.txt to the attachment in the above message.
All should be well.

Sorry, I should have been more specific.  

.paralyzed is included in the sysvars2.21.txt that you get when you unzip the latest 2.4A download.  

It is not included in the download location where most people get it when they follow the instructions to install 2.37.6.

I have uploaded the corrected version here:

and changed the links at the wiki accordingly.
the one at 1228687 should be altered or removed.
that will take PY or Nums I think.
